Children's Safety. Natural Choices Products are safe to be used by children. As with all cleaning products, adult supervision is recommended and common sense applies.

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, we also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear). Through PayPal, credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the buyer's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time. These products will be dropped shipped from our distributor/manufacturer directly to you. They will ship promptly to you.  

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped UPS. A product may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or distributor, and you may receive more than one package.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments should be sent back back to the manufacturer. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and notify us at mwlventuresllc@yahoo.com. The manufacturer will replace your damaged items. 

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, email us for insructions at mwlventuresllc@yahoo.com. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from us. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to mwlventuresllc@yahoo.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field). If you received a different product than initially purchased, please contact us for instructions:

Once a return is authorized us you should:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by us.
2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

Natural Choices will replace all products that do not perform as they say they would, once it is sent back, purchase price and shipping both ways will be refunded.
